How It Works

As water flows into the Cetus Sieve, it passes over a finely engineered curved stainless-steel screen, trapping large particles such as leaves, detritus, and uneaten food. Cleaned water then continues to your primary biological or mechanical filtration system, free from heavy solids that would otherwise clog media and reduce efficiency.

In gravity-fed systems, the Cetus is placed at pond level, and its floating weir adjusts dynamically to maintain flow even when water levels fluctuate. In pump-fed systems, it’s installed above pond level, allowing gravity to carry filtered water into the next stage of filtration.
